The Andrea Rodriguez Photography Blog | A Little ShoutOut | NY Wedding and Portrait Photographer

If you had asked me a few years ago where I saw myself in five years, I probably would have never mentioned anything related to a photography business. You see, being a professional photographer was never part of my “life plan”. I went to business school and, for a long time, thought that having my own office where I would work on spreadsheets all day was my life’s calling. But one day, the dream started, and from that day on, I’ve never looked back.

Although shooting is (obviously!) my favorite part of being a portrait and wedding photographer, there are so many other things I do “behind the scenes” that I love, such as writing on my blog. I love blogging because it allows me not only to share the beautiful images from an engagement session or a wedding day, but also to tell beautiful stories of love, marriage and family. I love that my blog provides me an opportunity to feature my #ARCouple and #ARFamily communities, share wedding inspiration, educate my couples during their wedding planning process, and provide prospective clients tips so that they can make the most out of their photography sessions. It also allows me to give my readers a glimpse into the growth of my business and my journey as a photographer, and to share a little bit about my life and my own story.

Make sure the browse my blog posts by topic!

If any of this content appeals to you, I invite you to visit my blog every week. [And don’t forget to invite your friends to visit it too!] I’ve been posting new content 2 to 3 times a week and love responding to all of the wonderful comments!

Also, if there are any specific topics I’m not covering that you would like for me to cover, or topics I’m currently covering that you would like to read more of, don’t hesitate to let me know!

And now… A huge THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to those of you who visit my blog regularly and are faithful readers! You are the reason I keep writing every week.

Only God knows in which way we will be walking in our life. The one He drives us to is the better for us. Continue your way while God guides you in it.
